Jiangsu, a powerful economic province along China's eastern coast, boasts robust industrial strength and a well-established industrial chain, particularly excelling in high-end and smart manufacturing nationwide. However, with the acceleration of industrialization and the escalating demand for electricity, the stability and cost-effectiveness of power supply have emerged as bottlenecks hindering further development for industrial enterprises in Jiangsu. To address this challenge, TWS Anhui, leveraging its profound innovative technological prowess and project experience in the energy storage sector, has embarked on a deep collaboration with a renowned cooling tower enterprise in Changzhou, Jiangsu, to jointly explore green energy storage solutions tailored for industrial enterprises, thereby injecting new vitality into their sustainable development.

After conducting thorough preliminary research and on-site inspections tailored to the cooling tower enterprise's actual power needs and operational characteristics, TWS Anhui's ESS project team crafted a customized, efficient, and sustainable energy storage system solution. This system boasts a total capacity of 210 kW/430 kWh, comprising two self-developed MU-P series liquid-cooling energy storage cabinets and one grid cabinet. By adopting liquid cooling technology, the system effectively enhances energy storage efficiency and safety while reducing operational costs.

TWS Anhui Innovatively introduced a financial scheme into this project, enabling the cooling tower enterprise to acquire the usage rights of the energy storage system without the need for collateral or guarantees. The enterprise simply repays the equipment cost in installments over three years, while retaining all revenue generated by the system. This measure not only alleviates the enterprise's financial pressure but also significantly shortens the investment return period, bolstering its market competitiveness.

 

With the support of Changzhou Municipal Government in Jiangsu Province, this energy storage system has not only notably elevated the enterprise's green development level but also generated considerable economic benefits. Each MU-P series liquid-cooling energy storage cabinet contributes approximately RMB 90,000 in additional annual income to the enterprise. Moreover, for enterprises with installed capacity exceeding 500 kW, the Changzhou Municipal Government offers a subsidy of RMB 0.3 per kWh for two years, further enhancing the economic attractiveness of the energy storage project. By harnessing these policy incentives, the project not only creates economic value for the enterprise but also effectively reduces approximately 184.47 tons of carbon emissions annually, making a significant contribution to the enterprise's sustainable development and environmental protection.

 

The successful implementation of this energy storage project has not only resolved the power supply challenges faced by the cooling tower industrial enterprise, reducing its operational costs, but also enhanced its market competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities. Looking ahead, TWS Anhui remains committed to providing more efficient, intelligent, and sustainable energy storage solutions and services.
