From February 19th to 21st, the Smart Energy Week 2025 was held at Tokyo Big Sight in Japan. As a global professional provider of energy storage system solutions, TWS Korean team showcased a new generation of energy storage products for all application scenarios and a matrix of mobile power solutions. They invited partners and demonstrated its latest energy storage technologies and solutions to the visitors, and actively engaged in fruitful discussions.
Comprehensive energy storage solutions for all scenarios on the power-side, grid-side and user-side
Technological innovation is one of the core elements of TWS Technology's overseas strategy. In recent years, TWS Technology has continuously increased its investment in technological research and development for its energy storage business, and successfully launched tailored energy storage solutions that meet the specific needs of local markets. These solutions cater to various large-capacity energy storage scenarios, including power-side, grid -side and user side, satisfying the safety and intelligence requirements and creating more economic value and social effects. These products have been successfully deployed in overseas projects in Germany, the Netherlands, South Africa and other countries, helping industrial manufacturing enterprises and agricultural customers achieve green transformation.
The new generation of energy storage solutions exhibited at this Japanese exhibition include the ProeM-2024 and MAX series C&I liquid-cooling energy storage cabinet, and the PowerCore 5MWh liquid-cooling container energy storage system.
The ProeM series are the latest iterated C&I liquid-cooling energy storage cabinets and have four major advantages: high efficiency and flexibility, safety and reliability, convenient installation, and intelligence and friendliness. They support 1C charging and discharging, and are designed with different capacity configurations to fully and flexibly meet the application needs of different customers. It is suitable for a variety of energy storage application scenarios such as industrial parks, commercial complexes, charging stations, and microgrid systems.
The MAX series, launched in 2025, is designed to meet the energy storage and regulation needs of commercial and industrial customers. It also boasts four key features: high efficiency and flexibility, easy installation, safety and reliability, smart and friendliness. The MAX series includes two models: Max-Pro and Max-Classic. Max-Pro is equipped with built-in PCS, enabling AC-DC integration, which saves space, simplifies on-site installation and commissioning, reduces after-sales maintenance, and enhances project safety, efficiency, and economic value.
In utility-scale applications, the PowerCore 5MWh container energy storage system is equipped with a 1P104S liquid-cooling battery pack, supporting 2-4-hour systems. With a high degree of system integration, it can be shipped in an integrated compartment, reduce installation and transportation costs, featuring high safety, high economy, and greater flexibility.
Mobile power solutions shine brightly: covering all scenarios, with technological advantages leading the industry
At the Smart Energy Week, TWS Technology also showcased its matrix of mobile power solutions covering application fields including electric motorcycles, floor cleaning vehicles, electric vehicles/golf carts/multi-purpose vehicles, forklifts, aerial work platforms, and ground support equipment (GSE).
The software version of the e2Power series of lithium battery packs for electric motorcycles is equipped with bluetooth connectivity, enabling users to monitor the battery status in real - time. With an IP67 high-protection rating, it balances high performance, long life cycle, and cost-effectiveness, making it particularly suitable for Japan's humid climate. The FlexiBlock lithium battery pack employs IP67 UltraSeal technology, ensuring stable operation in extreme environments, and offers an optional self-heating feature for low-temperature applications. It is available in 12V/24V Lite and Pro versions, supporting 3-series or 8-parallel battery connections, which can easily expand up to 10.24 kWh to meet various application needs.
The MegaFlow lithium battery (LEVs series) provides longer range, faster charging, and higher efficiency, setting industry standards for electric vehicles, golf carts, and multi-functional vehicles. Benefiting from over 3,500 cycles and a robust 5-year warranty, it ensures a highly efficient solution and a longer service life compared to traditional lead - acid batteries. The MegaFlow lithium battery (Lift Trucks series) is specifically designed for demanding industrial applications and is widely applicable to high - intensity working environments such as forklifts, aerial work platforms, and ground support equipment (GSE). It meets UL safety standards. Compared to traditional liquefied petroleum gas, diesel, or lead-acid batteries, MegaFlow is not only more efficient and safer but also significantly optimizes operating costs.
In addition, TWS Technology also provides system solutions, offering users one-stop energy management service. By connecting to the application TWS Tech. Ultra via smartphone Bluetooth, users can monitor the battery status in real time, perform remote control and settings, ensuring the safety and reliable operation of the battery.
